After battling multiple chronic illnesses – and becoming a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner to help herself and others heal through nutrition – Christina realized there was still a missing piece to her healing journey: energy work. She was able to heal her chronic illnesses, build a 7-figure business by 25, and manifest her dream relationships through energy work and manifestation. In 2020, she channeled Ahai Energy Healing– a powerful new form of energy healing, and since has used this energy to help countless others heal themselves and bring their dreams to fruition.

Hi! I’m Christina – and my mission is to help people truly live authentically, experience real inner abundance, and recognize their own power. From a very young age, I grappled with the questions – Why am I here? What is the purpose of all of this? How do I find true happiness?
Over the years, I struggled with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. My physical health took a toll — I dealt with Lyme Disease, mold illness, hypothyroidism, Celiac disease, SIBO, Candida overgrowth, parasites, amenorrhea, and more. My organs started shutting down, and my doctors told me they weren’t sure how long I would live, at 19 years old. As a lifelong high-achiever and perfectionist, I was dedicated to overcoming the severe physical and emotional pain I was in every day. My struggles with my health led me to becoming a holistic nutritionist, and becoming obsessed with health and wellness, but that only took me so far. I still couldn’t fully heal my symptoms.
Eventually, I realized spirituality and energy work were the missing link to my complicated health journey. When I started using my psychic abilities and energy work to heal my body, everything changed.
I started naturally manifesting. As my health improved, I applied my energy work and intuitive gifts to my business and relationships, and the results were incredible. Within a year my business hit 7-figures, and shortly after I bought my dream home. The manifestations kept coming.
After spending years helping people with their health and wellness, and years focusing on helping others build their businesses, energy work has become my go-to tool for helping high achievers all over the world get unstuck mentally, physically, and spiritually. Everything is energy – it’s at the root of our physical symptoms, our mindset, the trauma and pain we hold, our habits and patterns, our thoughts, and what we attract. When you shift your energy and listen to the cheat sheet of your intuition, you’ll experience massive results in a short amount of time.
As a child, I was incredibly intuitive. I would talk to my Spirit Guides each night, visit with extraterrestrials, pick up on things I “shouldn’t have known about,” expand space & time, and read energy fields. After a traumatic experience, I shut my gifts down, and I repressed the memory of them.
It wasn’t until I went through a number of life-altering health issues that I reconnected with my intuitive gifts. I had spent years battling multiple chronic illnesses and being the mystery case, but through that I found my obsession with health, wellness, and biohacking, and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I started my blog and podcast to document my journey and interview leaders in the space, and I found that my honesty and openness attracted a lot of people with similar experiences. But after recovering from the worst of it, my body took another turn with mold illness and Lyme disease, and I realized the universe was pushing me somewhere else. There was still a missing piece to my healing journey: spirituality.
What started out as getting trained in Reiki quickly led me to discovering a number of different healing modalities and unearthing new gifts, including my work as a psychic medium & Akashic Records reader. I fell in love with systems like Human Design, Numerology, and Astrology – realizing how much deeper healing and greater expansions those systems, energy work, and intuitive work offered me and my clients than anything I had experienced before.
I realized that energy work and intuition were truly a cheat sheet to life. Becoming my own healer simplified everything, and gave me the results I always wanted. I eventually went on to download Ahai™ 7D energy healing, a powerful form of energy healing. Ahai is now modality I use for everything – energy work, channeling, reading the Akashic Records, brain rewiring, and healing my body. I’ve channeled this energy for thousands of people, helping them to experience massive shifts in their health, wealth, relationships, and spiritual gifts, and have trained hundreds in using Ahai Energy Healing for themselves, so they can act as their own healer.
