Hormones in the female body fluctuate a lot throughout the month, so it only makes sense for a woman to adjust her exercise routine to match this! Many women find that when they exercise in a way that aligns with their cycle, they feel much better. If your body is primed for low intensity work but you’re trying to force high intensity intervals on it, for example, you’ll probably feel burnt out, you’ll underperform, and you won’t get the results that you want.
