Whether you’ve talked to yours yet or not…we all have spirit guides! Spirit guides are beings that act as guides or protectors to humans – and they are probably impacting your life more than you even realize.

You might be thinking, “Okay, wait – a spirit has never talked to me, so how do I know when my guides are trying to communicate something?”

Here’s the thing: spirit guides aren’t necessarily going to just appear and start talking to you – but that doesn’t mean they aren’t communicating with you every day!

In today’s post, I’m breaking down three common ways your spirit guides are communicating with you to help guide you in both your personal life and with your business.

1. You see angel numbers everywhere. 

Angel numbers are sequences of numbers that hold a special meaning from divine beings. For example, you’re seeing angel numbers when you see the same number shown in a set of three (111, 222, 333, etc…). So if you always catch yourself looking at the clock at 5:55, or you’re usually the 333rd like on Instagram photos, this isn’t just a coincidence – your spirit guides are trying to send you a message!

All angel numbers mean something different, so depending on which numbers you’re seeing, your spirit guides can be telling you anything from positive changes are coming, to a simple reminder that they’re with you. For example, 555 can indicate that big changes are happening, 999 can indicate the end of a chapter, and 111 can indicate spiritual beginnings, manifestation, or independence.

2. You have vivid dreams.

One of the most common ways your spirit guides will try to communicate with you is while you’re asleep. If you’ve ever woken up from a dream with a sense of purpose, clarity, or the feeling that you’re getting closer to your goals, it could be because your spirit guides were using it as an opportunity to connect with you. 🙂 

Don’t ignore these important messages! Think about their meaning once you’re awake, and see if they can guide you in any way. You can also ask a specific question before you go to sleep, set the intention that you will receive the answer in your dreams, and see what clarity you have when you wake up!

3. Your music is telling you something.

Do you ever put your music on shuffle and notice that songs with the same theme or message keep appearing first? When this happens, it could be because your spirit guides are communicating with you through your music. Listen carefully for any recurring themes, lessons, or messages that pop up – these are probably the lessons your spirit guides are trying to teach you! They could be telling you something through the name of the song, the name of the artist, or the lyrics themselves. If you’re walking through a grocery store and suddenly you tune into a particular line of a song that’s playing in the background, pay attention! It could hold meaning for you. 

The music you hear throughout the day is not always random, and it’s one of the easiest (and most common) ways for your spirit guides to send a message to you while you’re awake. If you have a question about something, you can set your music on shuffle and see what song pops up!  

Now that I’ve broken down these three ways your spirit guides might be trying to communicate with you, you’re probably realizing that the crazy sequence of numbers you keep seeing or that one song that keeps playing is more than just a coincidence, right?

It’s important to remember that our spirit guides don’t just help guide us in our personal lives – they can also help guide us with our businesses, as well. Whenever you’re facing a tough business decision, I challenge you to really lean into any recent messages from your spirit guides so you can feel confident in your choices and their outcomes. Your guides are here to help lead you in the right direction – but it’s up to YOU to tune into the messages they are trying to send!
