In my last post, I went over the top lifestyle changes I recommend to women who are struggling with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA). HA occurs when a woman loses her period because her hypothalamus is receiving signals that it isn’t “safe” to bear children, and this results in decreased levels of LH, FSH, estrogen, and progesterone.
While these lifestyle factors are the most important things to focus on if you’re struggling with HA, there are plenty of women who still can’t get their periods back even after making those changes. In this post, I’m going to share a few extra therapies women might want to try in order to get their periods back.
