With everything going on in the world today, it can seem overwhelming – and sometimes lonely – to try to navigate it all. However, it’s important to remember that there are spiritual tools you always have available to you that you can turn to whenever you’re in need of extra support. Here are seven spiritual tools to help you move through challenging times: 

 

1. Manifestation

One of the most important things we can do when we start to feel ourselves slipping into a state of fear is to turn inwards and focus on what timelines we want to energize. 

What do you want to manifest in your own life, or for the collective? What do you want your reality to be? Remember – when we continue to focus on what we don’t want, we are actually adding more energy to that timeline. Energy flows where our intention goes!

 

2. Meditation & Visualization

Once you’re clear on the timeline you want to energize, meditation and visualization are a couple of incredibly powerful tools you can use to help call it in and make it a reality. Every day (the best times are right when you wake up and before you go to sleep), spend time visualizing what your highest timeline would look like. Make it real, and feel it in your body! The more you practice visualizing the future you want to call in, the more momentum you will add to that timeline.

 

3. Your Spirit Team

Don’t forget that you have endless support available to you at all times! Your spirit guides love you unconditionally, and you can lean on them at any time and any place.

Ask them for support in whatever ways you need, whether it’s extra energetic protection & clearing, or cutting energetic cords that aren’t for your highest good. (When we clear away the energy that isn’t ours, we are able to actually identify and process what is our own!) Your spirit team is always eager to support you – so don’t be afraid to call on them! 

 

4. Grounding

When we spend too much time around buildings and technology, the positive ions we’re exposed to can drag our frequency down. To combat this, try spending more time in nature, soaking up positive ions. You can ask Mother Nature to clear any negative energy that isn’t serving you, and charge you back up with the healing energy of the earth. You can also buy a grounding mat to help you ground while you’re indoors!

 

5. Physical Health

Taking care of our physical bodies is key to nurturing our energetic health. Focus on eating whole, unprocessed foods, and avoid any “trigger foods” that have the potential of negatively affecting your mental health. Getting extra sleep and supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes (like using the sauna, sweating, and getting plenty of movement) can also be extremely helpful for supporting your physical health.

 

6. Chakra Work

Focusing on regular chakra work – whether you’re receiving Ahai™ 7D energy healing or performing your own chakra clearing meditations & visualizations – is another helpful tool for moving through challenging times. If you want to do your own chakra clearing visualization, you can simply imagine a white light (or colored light corresponding to the color of the chakra) moving through your body and clearing out each energy center.  Try to keep your energy body as clean and balanced as possible! 

 

7. Supportive Relationships

During difficult times, it’s crucial to surround yourself with relationships that support your frequency. Try to minimize how much you engage in conversations that noticeably drag your frequency down – and set firm (but loving) boundaries with any loved ones who might be contributing to these types of interactions! Instead, focus on surrounding yourself with loving and supportive relationships that lift you up.

Remember that your best tools are the ones that are always available to you. Self-awareness is key – once you are able to get into your own energy field and focus on raising your own vibration, you’ll start to be able to decipher what is your own energy, rather than that of the collective. And once you’re aware of the energy that is no longer serving you, you can start to transmute and move through it.
