In this episode I’m chatting with Rachel Mansfield – food blogger, recipe developer, food stylist, and creative genius behind rachlmansfield.com. Rachel shares the evolution of her career – she went from working for a beverage company and building their influencer program to getting fired from her job and starting her own blog, eventually becoming a successful influencer herself. She talks about how she’s seen the influencer and blogging world change over time, and how Instagram has boomed in the past few years. We discuss what it’s like to start a food blog now, how she manages her work-life balance, what self-love really means, and what it’s like to work with brands. She even shares some food photography tips! Rachel also shares more about her struggle with her relationship with food and describes how she finally repaired it. Huge thank you to Rachel for being so open, honest, and real! I’m so thankful she allowed me to interview her!
