In this week’s episode, we sit down with fitness influencer Lindsay Camerik! Lindsay is an incredibly inspiring athlete who seriously does it ALL – calisthenics, gymnastics, acro, yoga, handstands, lifting, climbing, playing..and everything in between. She has amazing videos on her Instagram (@lind.slaaay) showing her insane athletic abilities, and she also has a YouTube channel where she shares more about her lifestyle! We chat with Lindsay about how she found her way to intuitive training, her favorite ways to train, what she thinks about gym culture, and the differences between Australia and America in terms of fitness. We also discuss her experience with veganism, the way she eats now, and the links between fitness, food, and mental health.
