In this episode, Les Alfred from The Balanced Berry joins me again to discuss the comparison trap! We talk about our struggles with comparing, the effects social media has on our self-concept, and how we deal with it when we feel the urge to compare ourselves to others. We also discuss how to handle relationships that lead to comparisons and who to turn to when you need more help. We talk about how people sometimes don’t allow themselves to be happy even though they could be, how society has created “ideals” that are completely arbitrary, and more.

Les’s online bootcamp starts May 1, so if you want to sign up, head over to thebalancedberry.com. If you want her to train you personally, you can find info on her site for that as well!
