This week is another solo episode where I answer questions from you! In this episode, I talk about my experience with energy healing and why I became a reiki practitioner. I also give my response to a vegan who wanted to know if I would be willing to kill an animal for food, as well as what I have to say about the alleged link between animal products and heart disease. Then I move on to answering listener questions! This week I discuss the effect of vegetables on digestion, reasons for being bloated, the low FODMAP diet, and how I feel about stevia. I also talk about food combining, the role of starchy carbs in your diet, and steps to heal your acne.
