Ketchup has always been my favorite condiment – it truly goes with every food. Eggs, broccoli, potatoes, and of course… chicken nuggets!
Unfortunately, most ketchups on the market are filled with refined sugar and inflammatory ingredients. Thankfully, there are much healthier alternatives out there! While there are definitely some delicious, clean ketchups on the shelves, they pretty much always contain garlic and / or onions, which don’t always sit well with people who have digestive issues.
