I feel like pickled red onions are the ultimate accessory to anyone’s #Instaworthy meal. I’ve been seeing them at more and more restaurants in SoCal… not a coincidence!

They do look gorgeous, don’t they?! There’s something about that bright pink color that makes any meal look better. And when a meal looks good, it tastes good… right?! 😉
