The Extremes of Protein Consumption: How Much Protein Should You Eat?

In general, I’m definitely a fan of “high” protein intake for most people. What “high protein” means is subjective, but I tend to recommend eating more protein rather than less for the majority of my clients. Of course, that certainly doesn’t work for everyone, but most people I work with do feel much better when they increase their protein consumption. When it comes to every macronutrient, people always want to know how much is too much, and how much is too little. Us humans – we always like to push the limits! That being said, understanding the extremes of protein consumption can help us find our own happy medium.
