High-fat, low-carb diets can be a great tool for eliminating food cravings and breaking food addiction, but for some people, they might actually worsen the problem.
While many people notice a decrease in their food cravings on low-carb diets, some people notice that they start to crave fatty foods more than ever before. Are these cravings a problem? Not always. It depends. Sometimes these cravings are telling us that our bodies really do need more healthy fats, but other times these cravings are due to the addictive properties of saturated fats.
