I’ve been very excited to write this post, because it’s something I never expected to write. But I couldn’t learn these things and not share them with you! I’m sure many of you will be just as floored by this information as I was, and you might be extra surprised that it’s coming from me.
I’ve been a fan of a high-fat, low-carb diet for a long time. And while I still think that it’s the best option for most of the population to get their health back on track, it’s obvious that there are plenty of people who don’t thrive on high-fat, low-carb diets, or who can be just as healthy eating in a different way. That being said, it was still always in my paradigm that high-fat, low-carb diets are best for insulin sensitivity, heart disease, obesity, and a number of other common health issues.
