Everyone likes to ask, “How do I get rid of my bloating?,” but that’s not the right question to ask to start with. Instead, the most important question to ask first is, “What is actually causing my bloating?” When it comes to bloating, there isn’t a magic supplement that will make it immediately go away. Instead, you need to figure out exactly why you’re bloated and address the root cause specifically. Sometimes you can see improvement relatively quickly, and other times it takes awhile. I’ve created this list of the most common reasons why my clients tend to get bloated, and this might help you narrow down what the source of your bloating is. I’m starting with the “easy” fixes, and progressing down to the more complicated ones. The last one is the most important!
