How to Address Hydrogen Sulfide SIBO

There are three types of SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) – hydrogen-dominant, methane-dominant, and hydrogen sulfide. SIBO can be somewhat difficult to get rid of (it’s not always, as long as you have the right protocol, but it is known to be stubborn), especially because there are still a lot of “unknowns” surrounding SIBO in general. That being said, methane-dominant SIBO has the reputation of being more difficult to eradicate than hydrogen-dominant SIBO, but hydrogen sulfide SIBO is currently the greatest enigma of the three, since it was discovered most recently and is still in its early stages of being studied.
