Channeling my second book was quite different than expected. I wanted to write during the whole thing, but my recent writing weekend wasn’t what I planned. The way I write is just following the guidance – the guides tell me when, and I’m usually guided to where. The timing is important because it’s when a portal is open for the information to come through. It needs to be concentrated writing, it’s not the kind of thing I can work on a bit each day for awhile. It has to be intensive weekends where I’m fully in the vortex.
There will be 3 books that I know about so far that will be in the Monarch Being series – starting with Manifestation Mastery, and the next book is all about love and relationships. That book will be channeled in April & May of this year, and I’m both nervous and excited for what’s going to come through. It feels big. I already know it’s going to trigger me.
However, there are a few other books that need to be written, and they’re a little more esoteric. The Monarch Being books are more accessible to the masses – you don’t have to understand what a channeled text is or even care to get a lot of information out of it – it’s a lot more tangible. The book I’m working on right now, though, is really scribe work. It’s a channeled text from Melchizedek that he’s been telling me about for about a year, and I was honestly surprised when he said I needed to write it this March. I expected it to be after the next Monarch Being book.
Anyway, this book is shorter, and it’s really all ascension codes. It’s powerful. I set aside two weekends for it, and the first weekend took me by surprise. I expected to write most of the weekend, and honestly thought I would finish it, but I couldn’t. The timing of the book overlapped with die-off from a protocol I started…my body has been going haywire through these ascension shifts (more on that in separate posts – a lot to dive into), and a lot has been dying off. When I got to my hotel, I was in so much pain. My physical body was aching, I just had to lay on the floor. My brain felt like it wasn’t working and I had a massive headache. All I wanted to do was sleep, so desperate for sleep, but the pain kept me awake. How was I supposed to channel through that? Channeling requires a lot of energy, and also to allow myself to be fully in surrender and flow. But Melchizedek told me to write that weekend for a reason — it’s never a coincidence.
I ended up spending most of the weekend on the floor, feeling the pain in my body, the stabs in my brain, going in and out of the pain, and communicating with the guides. All around me – a room of white light beings, different ascended masters and angels all there guiding me. Of course, Melchizedek, as it was his weekend. What I found out was the weekend was more of an initiation than anything else. The guides kept telling me not to worry, that the book wouldn’t take me very long, to just be in the process. There was a lot that came through, but essentially it pushed me to total surrender. For awhile now I’ve felt divided. Knowing my mission, but going halfway in as I still clung to some sense of “normalcy” in my life, because I know that going all in will change everything, and that things will get even weirder. Saying yes to scribing this book also meant saying yes to the mission, surrendering to it, going all in, and releasing everything not in alignment with it.
There were a lot of tears. I so desperately want to go all in on what I’m here to do, and to release everything else, but haven’t wanted to let anyone down. I’ve been afraid of what’s on the other side. It was like two clear timelines were laid out in front of me, and it was the moment where I had to pick — stay more “relatable,” do something that still has one foot in the door of normalcy, but always wonder what would’ve happened if I chose differently… or fully commit. Scribe. Channel. Fully surrender to what wants to move through me. Release all judgment. With those two timelines, there isn’t really a choice. I will never pick a timeline where I’m always wondering “what if,” and so I said okay — let’s do this. Just show me what I need to release.
From there it was shown everything that needed to go. Everything that was distracting me. And I started to see programs, businesses, habits, foods, people that all had to go if I want to fully clear the space for what wants to be birthed through. The room filled with ascended masters, many who told me if I said yes, they’d like me to scribe for them. I mean, how can I turn that down? So I surrendered. I said goodbye, I closed the chapter. Saying a full yes, committing to the mission, also means my body needs to move to the next stage of holding a lot more light, and that process is not always comfortable. So my body has been very physically affected. I can only take it one day at a time. And this is one aspect that has come through quite clearly – the physical part of ascension. It can be painful. It can be uncomfortable. You can’t cling to vanity. Are people willing to do that? If on the other side there is something greater? Something to ponder. I’ll share more on the physical process soon, but that was most of what my weekend was. I did scribe, and it was effortless, easy, almost too easy. Melchizedek chuckled at me and told me that was how it was supposed to be. He said, “Compare this state of ease to everything else in your life. Everything should feel this effortless.” And that put a lot into perspective for me. It brings me to tears – how right it feels to channel. How easy it is. Because it’s bizarre! It’s right there! When I put into context the rest of my life, how hard I tried, to focus, to put work in, that’s what I became used to. And having this comparison point made me realize how heavy other things feel. And then I felt the exhaustion on a conscious level, and knew that things had to go. The lightness and the ease are what I want, and so I have to make choices in alignment with that being my reality.
The first weekend looked a lot like laying on the floor crying in my hotel room, talking to the guides, journaling, scribing / writing, and forest walks. I completed about 75% of the book, and as I write this I’m about to start my second channeling weekend. It feels like every time I work on channeling a book, more and more gets unlocked. This weekend should be a bit less emotional. I’m beyond excited to complete this text.

Turning 27 genuinely felt different, and I can’t say that about all birthdays. As weird as it sounds, I feel like I’ve been waiting to be 27 for a long time. I’ve always wanted to be 27 – like I just knew it would be the best year. At every age, I was drawn to people who were 27. There’s just something about it. I guess that’s intuition. Combined with hearing quite clearly for the last year, “It all changes on your 27th birthday.”
Not so subtle. 😉
While I don’t know exactly what will unravel this year, I do have an inkling about a few things… What I do know is that it’s felt like my life up until now was all preparation for what came after 27, and I physically felt the energetic shift. Specifically, ages 20-27 were the real “spiritual training” – a lifetime of lessons jam packed into that decade. 20-27 were meant to prep me for 27-30 — each their own collection of energy, like their own books on the shelf. That’s not to say the training, the lessons, and the growth don’t continue beyond this – but the hardest prep work was during that time. And it took me that entire period to understand why, and to understand that I was contracted in and wouldn’t get out of it any sooner. The karmic debt, the lessons of sitting in the discomfort, being forced to face that I can’t will my way out of anything – facing one of my deepest fears as an Enneagram 8 – being “controlled” by what feels like something or someone else – when really, it’s my Soul that chose the game. I’m still sitting with this, as I realize how much of my life is really moved by something much bigger than “me.”
Anyway, the last few months in particular ripped me open. Things broke down. I purged out a lot of energy from my life. I felt the rug get pulled beneath me. And unlike before, I just melted into it, knowing it was all prepping me for this. It all came very specifically after a clear conversation with my guides, where they told me it was time to really step into the next phase. So I said, “Release anything not in alignment with the mission, and send in the support I need.” And immediately after that, my whole reality rearranged. I mean, literally, immediately. It still sort of freaks me out how powerful our requests can be.
I felt like I was in limbo for quite some time. The past not feeling resonant, but the future still in the future, and in the meantime I was just floating in the ocean until it was time for the “future” to be my now…and there was nothing I could do but float.
And now, simply with time, the future got pulled into my now. And on my 27th birthday, I woke up feeling distinctly different. Lighter. More at peace. Clearer. And the things I was in my own way about, suddenly I just wasn’t in my own way anymore. It was like an invisible gate had been stopping me from moving forward, and then it got removed overnight.
I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want this year, and the word that comes to mind is “ALLOW.” Allowing myself to be all of me. Allowing myself to be messier. Allowing myself to be loved. Allowing myself to claim what I really want. Allowing in new people, new experiences, new energies. Allowing myself to outgrow things. Allowing myself to keep my standards high. Allowing whatever is meant to come in, in. And whatever is meant to go, to go.
I spent much of my life pushing, forcing, choosing, making it happen. Efforting. Or putting walls up, getting in my own way, pushing people out. That got really exhausting. The last year felt like a lot of taking stock and reevaluating. And this year, I really just want to allow myself to receive. To allow myself to receive the same amount of energy that I give. To bring things back into balance just by being.
And for the first time in awhile, I really feel like myself again.

With so many manifestation techniques out there, you might be wondering what’s actually worth your time. The key with manifestation is shifting your subconscious beliefs. If you’re only working at the conscious level, then your reality won’t shift. The most effective techniques will teach your brain and body to be really comfortable with your new reality, and to become a vibrational match for that desire. When you shift your frequency to align with the frequency of what you desire in your life, you effortlessly attract it.
After trying a lot of techniques, I’ve narrowed down the ones I’ve seen work the most consistently in my own life and for my clients. While these aren’t the only great techniques out there, I’ve found these 7 to be the most powerful when it comes to rewiring neural pathways for true subconscious shifts:
1: Full-body visualizations. What I mean by this is visualizing your life when you have what you want, and feeling the emotion deeply in your body as you visualize. I like to visualize for 5-30 minutes, and take myself through a day in my life in the reality I want. This allows me to see how I show up, what my daily routine is, where I am, who I’m around, and any other details that will be helpful for me in seeing the gap between how I’ve been living and the life I desire. I can start to fill in those gaps in my current reality. The more important piece, though, is that the visualization allows me to experience that life, and I allow my body to fully feel the vibration of it. When you’re doing affirmations or visualizations, feel the joy, the excitement, the amusement, the abundance. Let it fill your body up. This is getting your energy body calibrated to this vibration. Remember, the brain doesn’t know the difference between reality and visualizations. The same areas of the brain light up if you’re shooting a basketball or visualizing yourself shooting a basketball – we can use this to our advantage by visualizing the reality we want so our brain is re-trained to know that is our reality.
2: Affirmations. Affirmations do work if you really believe them and you’re consistent. I used to do affirmations and nothing happened, but now affirmations are actually what I turn to whenever I want something quickly. It still shocks me how it always works for me. The KEY with affirmations is to say them like you really mean them. You should be excited as you say them, and know they’re true as you say them! Phrase them in a way that helps you believe. Sometimes instead of “I made $10,000 today,” it’s more like, “HOLY SHIT I MADE 1$0K!” My favorite approaches with affirmations are to record myself saying them and listen to them on a loop, or to do the 55×5 or 30×10 method. That means writing them down 55 times for 5 days, or 30 times for 10 days.
3: Affirmations or visualizations right when you wake up or right before you go to sleep. Right before you go to sleep is when your brain is dropping into theta brain state, when your subconscious mind is most easily reprogrammed. I’ve found that listening to affirmations right before I go to sleep, or as soon as I wake up (when I’m in that halfway awake and halfway asleep state) truly makes the world of a difference. Plus, I sleep extra well when I’ve flooded my brain with those high-frequency words, visuals, and emotions before I go to sleep! You can find guided affirmations tracks in Next Level You.
4: Charge your water. I like to use a glass water bottle for this – something with a cap. The molecular structure of water changes based on the words we speak to it, which means we can charge our water to a certain frequency. I like to get really clear on my affirmations and / or what energy I want to calibrate the water to. Then I take some time to hold the water and repeat the affirmations or high-frequency words as many times as I need until I feel the water is fully charged with the energy. Then I take a very intentional sip and feel the water flow down my throat into my stomach, feeling the energy fill me up, asking that water to calibrate every cell in my body. I then take a few more sips, close the bottle, and store it in the fridge. Then I’ll take a few sips each day until I drink the whole bottle. I like this method because I only need one big “charging” session and then I can drink that charged water multiple days in a row to keep getting that frequency.
5: Photoshop your numbers. This works really well for bank accounts or any number goal. Take a screenshot of your bank account, for example, and photoshop the amount to be whatever amount you want – but make sure it looks legit. Save that image to your desktop. You can either make it your wallpaper if you’re really committed (so you keep seeing it), or you can pull up that image each day and meditate on it. This helps you get really familiar with seeing that number in a way that looks real.
6: Scripting and role playing. This is one of my favorite techniques because it’s so fun! Write a journal entry oriented from the version of you that already has what you want, and write about what you’re doing that day and what your life is like. Get as detailed as possible – enjoy it! Don’t be afraid to talk about the mundane things as well – it should be realistic. This allows you to have a “script” for your new life. Choose a day to role play – think method acting. You’re all in. From the second you wake up to when you fall asleep – you’re taking on that role.
7: Energy work and hypnosis. In my opinion, these are the fastest methods to create huge shifts in your life. I’ve seen this work pretty much immediately countless times. Through both energy work (I work with Ahai 7D Energy and the Akashic Records) and hypnosis, you can get straight to the subconscious to shift beliefs and remove any underlying blocks you might not even know are blocking you from attracting what you desire. With energy work specifically, we can calibrate the energy field to be a frequency match for what you desire. It’s magic!
Follow your intuition when it comes to choosing a manifestation technique. What excites you and sounds fun?! Manifestation is meant to be fun, and the more excitement you have around it, the more quickly your desires come into your reality. You don’t have to do all the things… choose whatever you’ll be consistent with that genuinely lights you up.

The more you raise your vibration, experience glitches in the matrix, and spend time in other dimensions, the natural next step is to explore how we can work beyond time to our advantage, collapsing timelines that don’t need to be so drawn out. Where we thought we were limited before, we might not be as limited as we think – welcome to 5D!
Between running multiple businesses and loving to create, I’ve explored a lot of ways to start collapsing timelines so I can do more at once, create more time in a day, and draw things into my reality sooner rather than later. I’ll preface this with the caveat of – divine timing. Whenever working with shifting timelines, it’s important to really come from a soul-aligned place rather than ego (why do I really want to collapse this timeline?), and set the intention that the timeline will only be shifted if it’s for the highest and best of everyone involved. I’m sure many of us have had the experience of trying to make something happen on our ego’s timelines rather than what was truly for our highest alignment, and only later understanding why we shouldn’t have rushed it. This is about optimizing alignment and flow, not forcing.
The tools we have available to us to create our own reality should always be used from a place of responsibility and integrity – with great power comes great responsibility. Understanding how we can work with timelines is meant to support us in realizing the depth of possibilities in our own lives, and understand how many more options we have than we might think. It is not a tool to be used from ego, greed, or comparison, and certainly not if it will have effects on other people. It’s important to understand the energetic repercussions of our choices, and the intention underneath them.
That being said, when coming from Soul, not ego, there are many places where we can create positive shifts in our lives by calling things in more quickly and not limiting ourselves with time. If you’re ready to start collapsing timelines to call in your desires more quickly, here are 8 ways to start:
1: Peel apart your relationship with time. If you have limiting beliefs around time, it’s going to be difficult to start expanding or contracting it. Where are you living from the belief that you don’t have enough time? Where have you already decided that something has to take X amount of time? That it has to be a process? Explore anywhere you’re living from the belief that things have to take a certain amount of time to shift, change, or heal, and start embodying the knowing that as a multidimensional being, time is an illusion, and things can shift instantaneously simply with your intention.
2: Explore your relationship with speed. This is one of the most common reasons why people aren’t collapsing timelines – they have an underlying fear of things moving more quickly. We often drag out a timeline or align with a slower timeline because it feels safer or more comfortable for us on a deeper level. If your entire reality shifted tomorrow, and everything was completely different, how would you feel? Are you ready for it? This can bring up discomfort within ourselves, and also sometimes worry about what others will think if we make quantum leaps effortlessly. Get comfortable with fast changes so you’re fully open to receiving them, and you’ll be able to collapse timelines more easily.
3: Get comfortable with releasing what’s out of alignment. What blocks our reality from recalibrating to a higher frequency is what we’re holding onto that’s at a lower frequency. When we’re holding onto people, situations, habits, activities, and so on that are lowering our vibration, it’s a block to your desires coming in. This is where I always look first if I want to collapse a timeline. When I release the thing that’s stopping the energy from flowing, what I desire comes in quite quickly. As I’ve gotten really comfortable with releasing relationships, habits, patterns, parts of my business, and so on, I’ve been able to bring things into my reality years ahead of the original timeline.
4: Anchor into soul-aligned decision making. When you’re “deciding” from your soul, there really isn’t much to decide – you’re just following the knowing, following flow. It’s surrender more than decision. When we “decide” from our ego or mind instead of our soul, we slow down the timeline. Our souls are guiding us to the most effortless path. The other key piece of this is taking “time” out of decision-making. Most people drag timelines out because they spend a lot of time in “I don’t know,” halfway in, halfway out, never actually deciding, which keeps them stagnant. Making “decisions” is how we direct energy, and making clear, fast decisions allows things to shift more quickly. This doesn’t mean rushing anything – it just means being clear rather than wishy-washy with where we’re directing our energy and what we’re aligning with.
5: Dissolve attachment to a single identity and allow yourself to embody your multidimensionality. How we identify is what creates our reality. When you’ve locked into a single “identity,” you’ve locked into only a portion of options when it comes to your reality. If you learn to be flexible with your identity, you can shift timelines quickly because you can embody the identity of the version of you that is already aligned with the higher timeline, in the now, instead of waiting around for it.
6: Create and choose timelines that involve less people. We always have choice, and there is always more than one way to create something. I’ve found that when I want to collapse a timeline, what works best is anchoring into one that involves less people so there are less factors – less people I have to wait around for to be vibrationally up to speed, less people to wait for to make decisions. When I choose or create a timeline where I’m the main one that’s involved, then all I need to do is embody the “me” that’s already where I want to be and be clear with my own decisions, and things happen much more quickly. You’ll notice shifting timelines can take a longer period of time when more people are involved, because there are so many more moving parts.
7: Ask. Ask for more time if you’re running late. Ask for something to come more quickly if it’s for your highest and best. Start asking, stepping into your creatorship, and working with time. Build the muscle! This builds confidence. The key with asking is to actually decide instead of ask. When I’m running late in the morning and ask for more time, and know I will get it, and don’t look at the clock because I’m not worried, somehow I’m always on time. I have literally collapsed hours with this.
8: Rework timelines in your Akashic Records. This is the real “how” that I find is most efficient. I go into my Akashic Records, anchor into whatever I wish to cerate, and align with my highest timeline. I’ll look at what my life looks like at that point – how I show up, how I spend my time, where I am, and any other details that I can pull into my now. I’ll then ask my Record Keepers to show me any blocks I might have to receiving it more quickly, and ask for anything that can be cleared to be cleared, or any guidance as to what I can heal or release to collapse the timeline. Going into my Akashic Records is the fastest way for me to make big shifts – I can see if another more optimal timeline is available, and also see where I might not want to collapse or interfere with the timeline.
The more you connect with your Higher Self and see beyond illusions, you’ll also tap into your inner knowing as to how to start “playing” with time more. Remembering your multi-dimensionality is the key to really embodying your full power, and using it to create more love in this reality.
Remember, use this information responsibly. Connect to your why to see where your ego might want something to come in more quickly – but what if it’s really the most joyful, abundant path to experience the timeline as it is? We don’t need to rush everything. Patience can lead us to powerful rewards.

Starting the Channel Diaries feels like coming back home. My business started with a blog...and everything grew from there. As it grew, it shifted. As I grew, I went through phases of taking massive steps back, and learning to protect my energy. There were times I had to shut the whole world out to figure out my boundaries. Learning the dance between sharing my life with people but also keeping certain things sacred and close to my heart.
I've been guided for quite a few months now to start this series, and my immediate response was a burst of excitement. But as I leaned into it, I noticed a lot of fear coming up. It felt so right in my body to go back to my "roots" - sharing my thoughts, experiences, musings... I know I am here to write. But the truth is that I have also had a lot of resistance, for a number of reasons.
Blogging started off as a passion project for me years ago, but over time it turned into a chore, and something I resented. It felt like I was pouring all of myself into something that really wasn't getting the return I needed back. It didn't feel like a fair energy exchange. And the more my business grew, it turned less personal and more educational, which didn't really excite me. I was doing what I thought I had to do, instead of what I wanted to. I didn't realize that at the time, though, because I was living based on routine and habit instead of any actual awareness about how I was feeling about anything I was doing. I was also still in the belief that I had to struggle and suffer to create what I wanted.
I shared so much of my health journey. So many incredibly vulnerable things that I know most people would not share - but I'm happy to. That's authentic for me. It's part of what I'm here to do -- talk openly about the things that other people don't. But the thing about sharing is that people often assume that means you want their opinion, and it doesn't. I had so many people in my ear telling me what they thought I should do, unsolicited, and I really was not interested in hearing it. I also understood that was part of sharing things publicly on the internet, which is why I simply decided to remove myself for awhile. And while I did, I savored my personal life, and started to feel like I didn't want to let anyone in on it again. As I started to really honor myself and my energy, I realized I didn't want to share my energy or life with anyone who did not deeply appreciate it or fully see me. Fully on the other side of the spectrum.
I also just got busy. I couldn't keep up with everything and I was getting stressed keeping up with it. I prioritized what had to get done for my business, and alone time. I realized that I had to put myself in a personal bubble for a period of time if I really wanted to heal. My health had been up and down for quite some time, and I felt so many people's energy tugging on me. I really needed to hermit. I knew I wasn't going to get better until I did.
And I'm so glad I did. I needed that time for me. My life completely changed. Everything opened up. It felt like I entered this personal vortex where I went through an entire lifetime, a secret lifetime that no one else knew about, that was preparing me to come back to this one. I went from holistic nutritionist to full-blown channel. Completely shifted my worldview. Viscerally remembered why I came here and what I was meant to do. Went to cosmic school every day. My daily life turned into spiritual experiences that I knew 99% of the population would never believe. Shed so many layers. Literally became a different person. And all of that transformation had to be done while I was in my cocoon.
It's weird but exciting going back to blogging again -- it feels like creating what I always wanted it to be. What I loved about blogging from the beginning was that it combined so many of my favorite things - writing, a creative outlet for my thoughts (I have a lot -- defined mind and ajna -- they need a place to go or I feel like I'm going to explode), and community. That's what I loved most about blogging consistently. The community, based on real resonance. Not fluffy stuff. The real stuff.
Like I said, I've gotten the intuitive guidance to start this for months, but only now am I really doing it. The resistance was really around the fear of the past repeating itself. What's really the point? How is this really going to serve people? Am I going to invest a ton of my energy into something only to feel like I'm not receiving in return again? Am I going to feel overloaded with people's energy again? Do I really want to share my intimate thoughts? My sacred experiences that are for me?
My ego / fear had lots to say. But my soul knows more. I don't have to understand why, all I know is it's incredibly important. And even when the intuitive guidance seems completely random and unrelated to what we are focusing on in our lives, it is always connected. Our ego just can't see the whole picture.
Beyond that - I am craving a creative outlet - a place to express myself more deeply and clearly. I have also really wanted a space to explore more of what it's like being a channel, and create some more separation between my personal experience / explorations and my work / channeling. They are intertwined, but different threads. I really want to share more of what it's like behind the scenes, in my own process. That's the truth about being a channel, an intuitive, a healer. It is a wild ride. I am consistently pushed past my limits. Learning more about myself. On the journey. Having plenty of human moments. Cracked open.
And, quite honestly, I want a record of it for when this incarnation is over for me. This is my last one! My friends always say I should have a reality TV show...this is probably as close as we will get.
I will also add, I would like to move my focal point off of social media and onto my own platforms.
The deeper I go on on this path, the more I surrender. It hasn't been an overnight thing for me. There is a deep level of trust required to truly surrender to the process and allow Source to work through you - to set your ego aside and move forward with decisions even though none of it makes logical sense.
A few weeks ago I had a very serious conversation with my Highest Self, with my Council of Light, with my most trusted guides. And it was time for me to really to go the next level of surrender and ego death, and to trust I would be supported through it. What that meant was dedicating myself to honoring my truth and authenticity. Speaking my truth. Even if other people don't like it. Doing all of the things that don't make sense logically but that I know on a soul-level I have to do. Staying aligned with the mission. Fulfilling it. No more wasting time. Tuning in daily to what needs to be done to serve the mission and not questioning it with my ego. Allowing myself to be a vessel for the divine. That means releasing the "thinking" - and just letting it flow through. Trusting that as things are released and rearranged, it is all for OUR highest and best.
This next level of surrendering has meant a lot of changes - within me, in my life, in my business, all around me. And part of that is starting up this series.
This is meant to be open space where I will share my personal reflections, learnings, and experiences -- a creative outlet for what's on my heart, and a "safer" space to share experiences and ideas that perhaps not everyone is "ready" for...but you probably are if you're reading. To create a more intimate community again.
That is what you can expect from the Channel Diaries.
And so it begins.
